I've been in the car bussing for over 10 years and I know all the tricks and games. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Richard was absolutely the best . At no time did I ever felt pressured or uncomfortable. I drove 2 and a half hours to purchase from Richard because I trusted him.

Richard was WONDERFUL. He made me feel confident in my purchase and answered all my questions with transparency. After meeting with other dealerships that felt like the "used car salesman" experience, Richard was authentic and knowledgable. Couldn't ask for a better experience when buying a car!

I have purchased vehicles since 2015 for each one of my children & myself at Apex! These are quality vehicles & have given me such peace of mind when my kids begin to drive. My first purchase was a little Toyota & that quickly became my favorite car to drive even though it wasn’t mine. I just sold that car this year. It Was in absolute wonderful shape, I just no longer had anyone driving it. I only refer friends to Apex and will not buy anywhere else. Their Prices are great, everyone is honest and so kind. Thank you Apex for always being there for this single mom & treating us all with such respect and professionalism!

I purchased my car from Richard , he was the nicest funniest professional guy ever. Richard was very informative and continued to answer all my questions throughout the ENTIRE SMOOTH process. Richard never pressured me or rushed me into anything, unlike most car dealers. Richard even added a big RED BOW to my car after I requested 1 because it was birthday after all . I purchased my Mercedes it was the exact color I wanted and I LOVE IT 😍. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Richard has beautiful quality cars. I’m very happy with my purchase, this is a business you can trust. A PLUS SERVICE. Thanks again Richard 😎

Hands down one of the best experiences buying a car! Richard and Daniel took care of us every step of the way! They made the process extremely easy & seamless! On top of that we got a quality, gas efficient vehicle to get us back & forth to our daughters doctors appointments. This was a third car purchase for us so not something we rushed into. Apex Autonet provided exceptional service & made this purchase a “no brainer” we feel so blessed to have came across them in our search & are extremely thankful for their professionalism & friendliness!

I’m an out-of-state buyer from Arizona, and Daniel made the entire process very smooth. He was helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout. For peace of mind, I arranged a pre-purchase inspection on the MINI Countryman I was interested in, and Daniel welcomed it without hesitation.The vehicle needed a few updates, which Apex Autonet took care of promptly before shipping. Daniel also coordinated the transport and FedExed all the necessary documentation, making the transaction straightforward despite the distance.Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Daniel at Apex Autonet and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

I drove two hours with my son so he could buy a specific car that he saw online. I can not say enough good things about this place. Richard was so friendly and helpful, treated my teenaged son (who was buying the car) with respect and made for a great buying experience. I would hands down drive back to this place for another car if needed.

This is the best car dealership ever. I recently bought a 2007 E550 from them and the experience was great. There is no pressure to buy the car, they told me the past issues with it and a full carfax aswell. Richard was the man helping me and he was amazing. He was so kind and i could tell he cares and values his customers. They allowed me to test drive the car. Richard put no pressure on me to buy the car and made sure me and my family had time to discuss in private about the car. The process of buying the car was easy and non stressful. I gave them my offer and they agreed and it was a smooth transaction. After buying the car i noticed one of the hood latches was missing and Richard was aware of this ether. I let him know and he offered to pay for the new latch. This is just a great display of customer service and how Richard really does care about his customers. Later after i bought the car i took it to my mechanic and he noticed a issue with a part in the engine. I called Apex Auto Net and they weren’t aware of this issue and helped me find a solution to repair the car. I saved up money to buy this car so i was nervous at first but after speaking with Richard about the issues and his great customer service, i no longer had stress on my shoulders. I 100% recommend buying a car from here. There is no other dealership that makes buying a car this stress free!
